We embed with small and mid-size businesses (wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits), learn how the work actually gets done, build what makes sense (mostly Claude: skills, agents, connectors, MCP) and train every person until they don't need us. We went from 1 client in February to about 20.

We're a small, bootstrapped, profitable AI consulting firm. We embed with small and mid-size businesses (wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits), learn how the work actually gets done, build what makes sense (mostly Claude: skills, agents, connectors, MCP) and train every person until they don't need us. We went from 1 client in February to about 20.
You'd own client relationships end to end: discovery, the build, the training. Strong builders who can also explain things to a 60-year-old business owner do very well here.
