Close is hiring four engineers — Sr. Backend Engineer (Python), Sr. Frontend Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, and a Software Engineer for our Support team (internal tooling + AI systems).
We're bootstrapped, profitable, ~100 people, 100% remote US. No PMs telling you what to build — we hire people who take ownership, move fast, and care about craft.
The Support Eng role in particular is a rare one: embedded inside our Support function, shipping AI automation and internal tools with a tight feedback loop.
