Newbuilds | Remote Senior Ruby on Rails Developer | Remote (Europe) | Full-time
Newbuilds is hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help scale a widely used proptech marketing platform, a Norway-based proptech company powering automated campaigns and data-driven workflows across 17+ countries.
You’ll work on backend architecture, improve performance and scalability, build integrations with external APIs/CRMs, and influence technical direction with ownership over your code. This role is remote-first with flexible work and competitive senior-level compensation.
Remote (EU timezone friendly) | We work via B2B, or employment in Norway or Germany
Modern stack: PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, GraphQL
