Regal is the AI Agent Platform — we power millions of outbound/inbound calls, SMS, and email interactions for enterprise customers like Google, AAA, and Coursera. $82M raised, $7B in revenue driven for customers, 250M+ calls completed.
We're hiring a Senior SWE to own backend systems end-to-end. You'll directly contribute to our voice agent infrastructure, build tooling to evaluate agents via simulations and enhanced observability, and ship cutting-edge AI features fast to large, active user bases.
5-12+ years of experience with production web-scale platforms. Python expertise required. AI/LLM experience a big plus.
Stack: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, React, NestJS, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Kinesis, DynamoDB, AWS
