Sienna Charles | IT System Admin / IT Support Role | Remote or In-Office NYC | Full time
Sienna Charles, an ultra luxury travel and lifestyle experiences company, is seeking a full time System Administrator & Support role for internal IT functions. You will help us manage our identity and access management systems, our 30+ cloud-based applications and our in-house tooling. You will take ownership of these systems with an eye towards simplification, automation, scaling and integrating them into seamlessly connected systems. You will help set the direction for our in-house administration interface and mobile app. You must be a problem solver who will articulate a vision for our technical infrastructure and set the technical direction for our company.
We're a small, globally distributed team, so we are looking for a self-motivated senior administrator who can identify and execute high value and high impact work.
You’ll be coordinating directly with the owner of the company - no bureaucracy or middlemen.
This role is open to remote work, but we also have office space available in NYC for on-site work (preferred).
