Virtasant (virtasant.com) | USA | Sr. Data Engineer | Full-time | 100% remote (within contiguous USA)
Virtasant is both a cloud optimization company (roles available for that area too!) and a staffing agency for some of our clients - they trust us to find the best candidates to join their teams.
For this role, you can own and scale a modern healthcare data platform — building core services, automation, and observability that power real-world patient and provider outcomes, fully remote, with long-term impact.
Long-term, no-end-date 1099 contract. US citizens or Green Card holders only, sadly (legal reasons).
5 yoe (5 of which building production-grade data or platform services), Python, SQL, AWS, dbt, Snowflake (or BigQuery or Redshift), Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake (or Iceberg or Hudi), Airflow, CI/CD, Docker.
